Here is the interview with Alberto Pozzi carried out on 18 March 2019 with Radio Lombardia, in the programme.We talk about digital communication, digital marketing, digital strategy, websites, social media, advertising, entrepreneurs. Below is the transcript of the interview: Alberto Pozzi, you are a digital communication consultant which, over the years, has become an increasingly large segment of communication. Absolutely, today companies need advice to use the Internet, to use all the tools: from the simple website, rather than social media, rather than being first on Google, and many other tools.
Do you only target companies? In general yes. Then maybe there are some slightly particular interlocutors. For example, I recently worked with a wedding planner who deals with marrying foreigners who Honduras Mobile Number List come to Italy to get married. Then in the end it is still a small company, even if it involves a single person, a professional. Alberto, how is your job done? What do you do for the entrepreneur who comes to you? After the first meeting we understand more or less what the company's intentions are, and the "Digital Strategy" is established, a big word that is used to organize all the work that follows subsequently. After that, all the necessary work is carried out: in general, we start by producing content, i.e. texts, images, videos, infographics, animations which will then be hosted on the website, in social media, in newsletters, and even perhaps in the advertising. Are there any channels that are particularly effective tools? Of course, there are some indispensable tools. Even though there is a lot of use of social media today, the website should still remain the basic tool for companies to communicate with their customers. Then there are social media that work more and that work less.
